So, choosing a DJ isn't easy, right?

Choosing a very good one, a talented one, who matches your style and shares your vision is even harder, most likely. How do you go about finding the right one?

A good place to start is with online reviews, and Weddings by Paris is pleased to report that we are the most reviewed, and most well-reviewed, real DJ company in the region on The Knot, here.

Many brides and grooms believe they just need someone to show up and play music, but once the DJ speaks for the first time on the microphone, or he botches the music, they realize they also needed appropriate emcee & DJ talent, but by that time, it is too late.

Weddings by Paris' DJ Paris has presided at over 500 receptions so far. He's been personally trained by some of the most talented, creative wedding DJ's on the east & west coasts and is certified in performing the original Love Story.

He's also performed in several episodes of Court TV's "Forensic Files" and has a resume that includes voice work for WFMZ-TV and traffic reporting on 99.9 The Hawk, 93.5 WSBG, Y102 in Reading, and other regional stations.

What would you like your family & friends to be saying about the DJ you chose for your wedding reception?

Married to my wonderful wife Cindy and with two beautiful children, I made the jump from corporate America to self-employment! My DJ career began while working part-time for a multi-operator company (multi-op: a company with several DJ's who work part-time). I thought from the very first night as an assistant DJ that this was not only something I could do well for my brides, grooms & their guests, but how cool would it be to add some really fun, meaningful touches to make their night that much better?

Tiring of the volume-based multi-operator business model, I started a company called Good Vibrations with the goal of providing my clients with both a musically lively reception and one that would be meaningful and uniquely memorable. That philosophy gave birth to many talent-based offerings like customized introductions, custom music edits, Love Story presentations and custom voiceovers, all the while keeping my clients in creative control, letting them pick and choose those entertainment pieces that they'd like to have as part of their celebration. It all began as Good Vibrations Entertainment and has morphed into the website you are now visiting, Weddings by Paris.

I'm very lucky because I get to work with the best couples: fun people who are interested in having a fun, meaningful and wonderfully memorable wedding reception! ~ Paris

But of course, it is ultimately all about you!
